Hi Ryan, I am not a recruiter but quite often recieve e-mails from
them. The problem is they always want experienced people. I am
trying to build up my network so please feel free to visit my blog
at either http://roughnecks-oilandgasjobs.blogspot.com/ or
http://drillingnews.blogspot.com/ I hope to hear from you. Thanks
Willie

You didn't give your trade but you could consider the
following:
- Apply for jobs with the onshore based service providers that
send personnel offshore to service their equipment.
- Apply for jobs with companies that work on the major
shutdowns. Shutdowns require hundreds of extra personnel so can
be a good way of getting a start. Try RBG, Bis Salamis, AMEC,
PSN.
I assume that you have loaded you CV into www.oilsandgaspeople.com
