Current experience: I manage all contact databases for quality and also responsible for lead generation. I also help with ISO implementation of customer satistfaction surveys and customer feedback reports with in our Q.M.S. systems.

Past experience: I have over 15 years experience with lead generation and sales management. I have manage multiple locations with over 65 employees and was responsible for lead generation and managing sales opportunitities for each sales person. I was also responsible for managing all delivery coordinators and handling audits of every location for profit loss and shrink and sales opportunities and product placement.

Goals: I hope to continue to grow my present department and so we can continue to enter new territories and grow our companies presence in the U.S. and Canada.
